如何封鎖 Teamviewer 軟體

最近有同仁不依照網路使用規範，偷偷用號稱可穿越防火牆的Teamviewer軟體連回公司，到網路上爬文，都是建議阻擋master.dyngate.com，經實際測試是無效的!

經研究及測試後，發現直接阻擋DNS  *.teamviewer.com，Teamviewer軟體就無法連接到Teamviewer SERVER取得ID

如何安裝中文語言包在英文版的Windows XP

使用英文版 Windows XP，在安裝中文版軟體時，如果出現亂碼，需新增亞東語言，並更改非unicode的語言為中文，請依下列步驟操作。

1.Open the Windows 「Control Panel」 →  Click 「Regional and Language Options」 →  Click 「Languages」 tab  →  check 「Install files for East Asian languages」 →  Click 「Apply」 → You may be asked to insert your Windows XP CD at this point  →  Reboot your system.

2.Open the Windows 「Control Panel」 → Click 「Regional and Language Options」 →  Click 「Advanced」 tab  →  Choose Chinese(Taiwan) in the 「Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use」 → Click 「OK」 →  Reboot your system.

初始化OFFICE 2003(Outlook.Word.Excel)預設值

最近碰到有些使用者亂更改Outlook的設定值，造成有些問題，這邊教你如何恢復OFFICE安裝時的預設值。
1.開啟Outlook 2003，「說明」→「偵測與修復功能」。

2.勾選「放棄自訂設定並還原成預設值」，再按下「開始」。

3.接著會出現關閉Office程式訊息，按下「再試一次」或「忽略」。

4.接著開始修復Office，修復後會出現成功重設預設的社並，最後重新設定Outlook使用者設定檔。
